Munich Startups in the Construction Industry

When it comes to digitization in the construction industry, there’s still a lot of room for improvement. But that’s exactly what these Munich startups want to change with their different solutions.

Alasco
Alasco aims to anchor digitization and climate protection in the construction industry with cloud-based, real-time controlling. By automating work processes and making all finance data available in a central information source, project managers and contracting entities have an overview of the current financial data of a construction project during all stages of construction. With their Real Estate Success Software, they aim to make it possible for customers to digitally manage the entire life cycle of a piece of real estate – from construction to maintenance and even its sale. Thanks to their approach, the Munich-based startup has already won over many investors, most recently in January 2022 in a Series B round amounting to 40 million euros. (Photo: Alasco)
